Fusilli pasta are long, thick, corkscrew shaped. Wheatlay's Fusilli Pasta is made from finest Durum Wheat Semolina (Sooji).

Semolina commonly know as 'Sooji' in India is made from wheat. Semolina is produced from milling of wheat. Semolina is made from the endosperm which makes up about 83-87 per cent of the wheat kernel and is composed of starch and protein.


Semolina is used for making pasta, breakfast cereals, puddings etc. In India kitchens, semolina is used for preparing tasty dishes like 'Sooji ka Halwa', 'Upma', 'Uttapam' and many more.
