Jhatpat Macaroni

4 1/2 cups boiled macaroni
1 1/2 chopped onion
1 1/2 capsicum , chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
3/4 tsp finely chopped green chilli (optional)
4 1/2 tbsp  cheese
3 tbsp butter
1 1/2 spring onion, chopped
salt to taste


  1. Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1 minute.
  2. Add the capsicum, tomatoes, green chillies and fry again for 1 minute.
  3. Add the macaroni, cheese and salt and sprinkle the spring onion on top.
  4. Serve hot.
